light trails revealed

This time my pictures focus more on light trails, (well these pictures may seem more as a work of art rather than a picture) light trails have always fascinated me we'll start off with picture of the Penang Bridge and no its not a light trail picture. I'm quite disappointed with this picture because it has flares in it and I didn't have a lens hood to prevent it
This picture on top was taken at Queensbay during christmas.now to my first light trail picture, this was taken outside Queensbay mall. Its a trail of the back lamp of a car
Now onwards with the serious light trails haha, taken outside kristal point
this was taken outside Queensbay
dunno where this was taken :Pdunno where this was taken also haha
not exactly sure where this was taken too
this was taken near sunshine square

Few Randon Shots

Here are some random shots that I took... so enjoy :) these are some of my first few night shots that I took( all taken without the aid of a tripod)
This was taken at G Hotel penang, the atmosphere of the picture is really nice is kinda dark, some sort of shrouded in mystery kinda thing thats what makes this picture very mysterious, i really like the themes that this picture portrays perhaps a rendezvous of two lovers?
This was also taken at G Hotel this was at the lounge area you can see the shit load of champaign by the bar area and the in house dj also has his gear set up there
This was shot outside the G with a Subaru TwinTurbo as my model?
haha
The shot was actually supposed to focus on the two lovebirds in the centre but unfortunately i din`t have a longer lens at the time this shot was taken so... tough luck. Oh yeah this shot was taken at Gurney Drive just opposite G hotel.
This is G hotel itself, the lightings on the building changes, in this picture it was changing from blue to purple
This shot was taken at QueensBay Mall during Christmas I guess

Few Good Camera Bags

LEGALITIES
I DO NOT OWN THIS COMPANY, EVERYTHING DISPLAYED IN THIS POST IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, I CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DYSFUNCTION FOUND IN ANY OF THESE BAGS. PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN FROM Lowepro

ok if you`ve been photographing for a little while like me, i bet you you`re already sick and tired of your camera bag for being unable to adequately protect your camera from vibrations from walking or during a bumpy car ride due to inssufficient padding in the camera bag. This will eventually lead to miss alignments in your cameras delicate and complex mirror system, or you may just be bored of your camera bag`s design whatever your reason its important to upgrade to a better camera bag to further protect your investment. well i`ve been doing a little searching and here are some bags worthy to put a thought into it (I mean if you`re planning to upgrade your camera bag that is)
Lowepro Micro Trekker 200
This is the first bag that i`ll recommend
its a good bag to start with. This is a versatile bag that combines compact size and room for your camera and lenses. You can fit your camera with attached lens, plus three more lenses if you cram, into this bag. It is quite comfortable to wear, as the back straps get reinforced with a waist strap, so basically its a good starter upgrade bag
Lowepro Mini Trekker Classic
This is the second bag i would like to talk about, although there is a striking similarity when you compare the Mini Trekker with the Micro Trekker in terms of design, there really is an individual tale to be told by the Mini Trekker because its bigger and if you've got a couple bodies and a few lenses to lug around, this is an ideal choice. This backpack camera bag can hold a camera with attached 80-200mm f/2.8 lens, an additional body and about five extra lenses(four if you include a flash). This baby includes a tripod mount! and the mount is positioned upright for maximum comfort.
Lowepro Toploader 75 AW
The third bag is totally different when compared to the first two
as it incorporates a ALL WEATHER design plus the funny thing about this camera bag is that it has no defined wearing positions which is both at the same time funny and annoyingly confusing,
you can wear it as a shoulder bag, a chest bag and even a belt pack if you purchase the S&F Deluxe Waist belt. Great for sports, nature photography and travel, with hands-free movement and instant access to gear through the reverse-open lid. This bag is freakishly convenient to use.
Lowepro CompuTrekker Plus AW
This backpack camera bag is suitable for those who wants to do on-site prosessing work in Photoshop or whatever and needs to carry their Laptop along as well, normally in order to do this traditionally photographers would be required to carry two bags but with this hybrid bag, all you need to carry is just one. Able to
withstand all the use and abuse you can give it, this pack’s reinforced construction, shock-absorbing, closed-cell foam and water resistant materials provide the highest level of protection to your beloved camera, this bag also comes with a tripod mount. with this bag you`ll transform yourself into a mean photography machine.

Lowepro Inverse 200 AW
I personally like this bag because its a Belt pack, extremely ideal for outdoor photography
the bag is eqquiped with ALL WEATHER technology. This bag is also RAIN,DUST,RUST-PROOF beat that haha
its a bag with alot of room considering its a belt pack you can keep a body attached with lens along with 2 other lenses and even a place for your flash

First few pictures

All these pictures were taken using Canon 1000D with 18-55IS lens with 58mm Hoya UV Filter

Well guys these are some of my first few pictures with my camera, I don`t remember where was this but it was on a hill la haha in a Chinese temple. well this is taken from the fish pond(from where i`m standing) kinda like a small shelter leading towards the steps to the temple uphill

And this picture to my left was taken at the fish pond what is a turtle doing in a fish pond?
But forget about it for the time being la
this picture has a certain sense of appeal to me because you can see the turtle but also the reflections from the water, and I din`t realise the reflections until after i`ve loaded the pictures into my computer.

This was my first attempt in doing some vegetation shots(?) haha
anyways if i`m not mistaken these are peppers i`m not exactly sure what they are but if there is a picture oppertunity, why not right guys?
it was taken up the hill near the temple.

Although this flower is a very common sight in Malaysia but there was something about this one, the whole combination was very eye cathching, the whole picture is just very vibrant and it delivers a very interesting perspective towards nature.

This is my only water lily shots that i have in my entire portfolio haha. but unfortunately i find this picture to be a little soft towards the bottom only to top most lily is really in sharp focus. I like the lily`s colour in this picture although i think the picture is a little too green
argghhh if only i had my 55-250 then....

Ahh this is one of my lucky shots the Spider Monkey was sitting there and looking directly to my lens so i can get pretty good facial features of the monkey and most importantly eye contact. Couldn`t really get a good zoom range because of my len`s range but it pretty decent considering the monkey is on the tree and i`m on the ground

Well I`m a Canon user and no i do not own an EOS 1Ds or something like that but just a very humble 1000D which i have with me for quite a while already (about 4-5 months now) so this is my workhorse that i lug around during my outings :) It comes with a 18-55 IS Kit lens which i must say performs pretty decently considering its a Kit lens. Below is a picture of the 18-55 IS lens

The 18-55 Is is a standard zoom lens which performs well if you need those wide-angle shots or if you need a relatively short zoom range this little guy wont disappoint its also a suitable lens to be used during the night as well as a wide range of lighting conditions as its a pretty fast lens for its price (around $199) its minimum macro focusing distance is just 25cm, making it ideal for macro photographers on a budget.

Besides this I also have a 55-250 IS lens
The 55-250 is a compact and lightweight telephoto lens
its the longest zoom range in the EF-S series to date
opening possibilities to EF-S mount camera owners to explore a world of photography previously denied to them with the 55-250 EF-S mount camera owners now can shoot wildlife, sports, travel photography and some even astronomical shots like this
